Insurance Matters Terms and Conditions

SMS For Consent Communication

By providing your phone number and consenting to receive SMS messages from Insurance Matters, you acknowledge that the phone number you have shared will NOT be shared, sold, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your consent is used solely for the communications related to Insurance Matter's services.

If you have consented to receive SMS text messages from Insurance Matters, you may receive messages related to:

  • Meetings or scheduling

  • Follow-up on cases or inquiries

Please be advised that standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's pricing plan. These fees are charged by your carrier and are not collected or controlled by Insurance Matters. Please check with your carrier for more details on any charges that may apply.

Opt-In Method

To begin receiving SMS communications, customers must Opt-In via one of the following methods:

  1. Verbally, when engaging in a call with Insurance Matters, you will be asked:
    "Do you agree to receive text messages from Insurance Matters? Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Text HELP for help, text STOP to opt-out. See our privacy policy pinned on our facebook page.

Please Note: No SMS communication will be initiated unless the customer has provided their explicit consent.

Opt-Out Method

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS communications, you can Opt-Out by replying STOP to any received SMS message. Once you opt-out, you will no longer receive SMS communications from Insurance Matters. However, you can Opt-In again at any time by replying START.
